Ca’ del Monica: apartment "Gli Archi"
The apartment is located in the marina of Manarola. Entering a typical Ligurian carugio you enter the terrace, from which you can enjoy the view of the promontory of Punta Bonfiglio, of the 14th century tower, of the Manarola valley and of the facing bay. In the distance you can also see Corniglia and Monterosso. Inside you can enjoy an elegant apartment with double bed, sofa bed, kitchen, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and free wi-fi.
Inside the apartment you will find ancient stone arches and, from the bathroom you can see the rock wall that constitutes the promontory on which the historic core of Manarola was built. In addition, the thick stone walls guarantee excellent thermal and sound insulation. Also to be appreciated is the livable terrace where you can enjoy a quiet breakfast or dinner overlooking the bay and the terraces of the valley.
The apartment is located in the so-called “Baluardo” area, that is, in the area bounded by the ancient Genoese fortifications of the fourteenth century. Just outside the apartment, climbing a staircase through the alleys, you can reach an exciting belvedere with a very suggestive view of the sea and the other villages. The marina and the seaside area are also very close, less than 2 minutes on foot.
The train station, a recommended means of transport for getting around the Cinque Terre, is a 5-minute walk away.
The car park, which is located outside the village, is about a 10-minute walk away.
